Don't get your hopes up. It's touted in the media as if it's a concrete plan, but in truth it's just a throwaway line mentioned in an earnings call. Lotus doesn't really have the budget to develop an engine for a low production car like the Emira, and they painted themselves into a corner with the EV only move. thought about the supra, but not a huge fan of the looks and also S58 over B58 any day so M2 *over supra for me
