It's a little hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like you may have chipped the clear coat. What exactly were you doing, and what exactly happened?

If it's damage to the clear coat, you will need to remove the badge, sand it down to base paint layer, and reapply a coat of clear coat on top. Then sand it even, and re-apply the badge.

Good new - the area around the badge is really hard to inspect and observe any imperfections. It's usually clogged with wax and dirt anyway.

Or, it could be something else entirely different?
