As other posters have said forcing the use of headsets doesn't necessarily mean safer driving, but it's a lot better to have a person with two hands on the wheel and the ability to turn their head. Still driving in this country is seen more as a right rather than a privilege. Driving education is what needs to step up. Sadly once someone gets their license they don't bother learning how to improve their driving.
