I met Stan Getz, known as the King of Bossa Nova (master at Tenor Sax) back in '90 at the Monterey Jazz Festival. Shortly thereafter he passed away.
A nice guy; great sound and his feel for the rhythm of the music. I should bust out the Girl from Ipanema track.
