"invest" in a 50" plasma 720p you will find one for about $900. Stick to the brands as mentioned by CollinsE90. Spend more on the other components. You and your friends will be very impressed. I have a 50" plasma 720p, it out preforms most 1080p's that I have seen. The secret is in your setup. If you on a budget go for the 720p! Obviously 1080 is better but you are on a budget, you won't be sorry!
