Often talent seems to be overlooked by the mediocrity that one was prejudged by their age. Having a piece of a paper that says your certified in (This field) isn't everything. Sure degree's do count for something, but in the end if you look hard enough there's some young guy or lady out there who just needs a chance and they will succeed. I hope your shops future employee's do great things with your awesome company.
