Creatine is great, I put on size very quickly but as others have said, most of it is water. Your muscles feel more full and I feel they look more "puffy" than "ripped" for me. I think Creatine is great, the only reason I don't use it is because it gives me really bad diarrhoea constantly to the point where I can't complete my workout

If it works for you I'd use it so you can build more strength up in the areas you want.
