1st Photo: I would PS the white sign off the dumpster. Overall I think it is a good image. I think it would be better without the car in it.
2nd Photo: Really not the best image in the world. I agree with BillLee that the location is just not ideal and the dumpsters are really distracting. I think maybe if you would have zoomed in a little more and maybe put more of the building tops and sky in the image VS the parking lot it would look better. Maybe even if you would have moved the car and parked it more in the foreground of the image. The car is the focal point but you have it tucked back next to the dumpster and the building and it all just kind of goes together.
