My home in FL sold in 15 minutes, home in Phoenix in 1 day. Of course, that all slowed down now, but the home in Dallas we have now sat on the market (in the middle of the housing boom) for 1.5 years...
Other than the cheap homes, and great shopping and restaurants, I always asked myself how did people come with the idea to put this big city in the middle of...NOTHING. Absolutely nothing interesting for miles around here...
