They're both great. I've run Polars for years, and have been riding in the nice 105 degree heat we've had recently, and even at two hours, they're still relatively cool. I've used the non-insulated Camelbak bottles and the bite valve is really nice, so I'd imagine their insulated bottles would be the best of both worlds.
One word of advice, get 24oz bottles, not 20oz. The extra capacity is nice to have on warm days, and you don't have to fill them all the way if you're counting grams on a cool day.
