Can Anyone Identify A Watch?

I know this is bad quality, so we'll need a real expert to weigh in here. Can someone tell what Charlie is wearing here? Thanks

I've been looking at that pic and I am not convinced it's not some type of Quartz watch. I can not match it up with any mechanical watch. The things I'm concentrating on are how there appear NOT to be two lugs for the strap and the concave of the dial.
Thought maybe a Bvlgari but can't find any images that match.

It doesn't have to be an expensive watch, it may a cheap one with sentimental value.
