E60 Cas issues?

Hi I am looking for some help. 2006 530. The car will crank for 2 seconds and stop. I can feel the relay inside the CAS click on and off. The previous owner had the ECU, CAS, and both keys sent to ECU Pro. They confirmed everything was ok. I also sent the same stuff out and they said they would remove the security side of the ECU like i was doing a motor swap. Nothing has helped. There are no current codes, I confirmed battery voltage under cranking and also confirmed battery voltage at the white wire in the junction box. Every once and a while the car will crank and start and will drive as it should. It is a automatic and have tried park and neutral. Any ideas on where to check? I currently only have a snapon scanner and can see the terminal voltage under cranking. The only thing that stands out is terminal 50 never shows voltage even though i have voltage for 2-3 seconds under cranking and the starter does crank.
