Unable to check out from connected drive store, get system error message

Has this happened to any of you? I'm trying to add a remote start to my car. Added remote start to cart, hit the checkout button, and got a system error popup, and a line call to the customer service number. Obvoiusly I will do that tomorrow, just wondering if any of you had this happen, and what the fix was?
