Wide awake at 4am !

With no chance of going back to sleep, and with sunrise just an hour away, I had a quick cup of coffee then down to the river estuary to wait for sunrise.

First a shot across The River Lossie Estuary towards our East Beach with The Moray Firth beyond, just a few minutes before sunrise.

Then over onto the beach for this shot of The Moray Firth just as the sun came up.

Then finally back to the estuary for this shot of The Esplanade just as the rising sun was starting to light up the buildings.
