Neck Pain From Cell Phone?

Anybody getting neck pain from looking down at your phone too much? I am. The last few days I've been getting some serious neck pain. I've started raising my phone to eye level instead of looking down and it is helping. Wondering if others are feeling it too?

My chiropractor say that is his number one complaint from his patients, cell phones

Wifey has that problem. Her chiro is always telling her to hold the phone more level with her face.

Been working for me, so far. Now I'll probably get a pain in my arm/shoulder from holding the phone up.

No neck pain but I find my eyes are blurring from staring at the phone and almost crossing my vision lines by looking towards my nose b/c the screens small (and my nose is big)

With an average of three minutes of phone use per day according to the weekly iPhone screentime reports, robocalls are more of a pain in my neck than using the phone.....

I send all calls that I don't know to voicemail. Listen/delete at the end of the day.

If it's not in my contacts it's probably not important.

Although not the most compelling "injury" it isn't fun. I get some neck pain looking at my monitor all day sometimes. Message oil and your favorite tranquilizer helps.

Had to revive this thread. I've been on my phone way too much the last couple of days and the neck pain is back. I'm gonna set it down and try to stay away from it through the weekend to see if it gets better. I said try... lol
