Help Needed Please

Hi-looking for paint help. 2021 x3 M40 in white. Washed it today and this black won’t come off. I used a clear coat safe sponge also, scrubbed pretty hard and no luck. I obviously drove through something, it’s all around but this is the worst. Please help with recommendations!

You need Tar remover.

Yep, was thinking the same, some sort of tar remover would be my next step. That's likely what it is. If that doesn't work, report back and folks can recommend a next step, some other chemicals to try - IPA (isopropyl alcohol) might be one and should be safe if you have it around the house.

You might try a little gasoline, kerosene or mineral spirits. Be sure to wash it well ASAP.

Yes, clay bar or magic eraser or even some denatured alcohol. We use it to clean paint off of ophthalmic lenses in my office.

No Magic Eraser for me - can mar the clear coat. I can think of few instances to use them around my cars.

Thank you all for the replies! To follow up, I ordered the bottle from Gyeon and it worked amazing! Left it on for one min and it all wiped right off, pretty awesome stuff!
