im not talking about the actual bike but the in home one. not looking to buy the high end with heart pace, etc but just a good one where i can get a good workout, easy to use and maintain, and best bang for the buck. i recently saw the infomercial of spinningtv.com and love the idea.

nothing beats the old fashion running but having this at home might be nice as well.

You should think about whether you want an "upright" bike or the ones where you sit and the pedals are in front of you instead of below you.
