Wow, they actually gave you a ticket? Hahahhaa, horrible luck. No way that'd happen in VA. We may have $3000 tickets, but 2 women calling in saying someone flicked them off isn't going to lead to any tickets. I can't believe they actually went to find you. Geesh

I thought flippin somebody off fell under freedom of speech?

Hypothetical situation: if sombody passes someone else on a 2 laner, and the guy who was passed gets pissed (I'm thinking an Audi owner), he can call the police and make up a story about the other guy, and the other guy gets a ticket? Based simply on his word? come on.

I would ask an attorney but I believe, in general, that a law enforcement officer must witness a misdemeanor, unless in Texas it is a felony to gesture with the finger.

I bet you admitted to the cop that you gave them the finger.

Sounds like you made a few mistakes there, Schneid. Of course, there would have been no consequences if the 2 women hadn't called the police, so lets blame them.

Hmm...I guess homicide, armed robbery, assault, prositution, drug trafficking, and other criminal activities aren't that urgent for the officers to attend to but rather they cited you for some childish complaint...hmmm indeed!

You most likely did more than just that. Or you a dumbass and admitted to it.

Either way this really isn't a case in which it is the cops fault. Especially, do you mean you got caught doing 107 in a 60? If so then it is you who you should be mad at.

They gave you ticket for that. What??? Last month, I went to see the WA Hot Important Night. Couple teenagers into this 550i was roughly trying to cut throught me and almost hit me. I got angry and block the gap without given them any chance. Then they started throwing shit on my car and harassing me. They even try to beat me down on the freeway. I called the police and report their licence plate number. No police shows up and nothing happen to them. There were couple polices right infront of the intercestion and they donw nothing. They took off without anything. The only reason they left is because they saw me calling. Once I got off the car, I found couple scratches on my car. I was smart enought to called the police and the insurance while this happen. They just found the guy recently and still trying to work out with him for my repair. $800 for repair.
