I gave both full albums a listen last week, certainly not worth paying for... let alone the bandwidth wasted downloading them. At most, both albums have 3 good songs.

They both are horrible. I have more respect for 50 because he's at least a tough guy, instead of Kanye being all preppy and acting like he's tough. Can't say I'd get either one though, not a rap fan, but fun to watch the drama that goes along with it!

i think mtv knew it would be a show either way in terms of going with britney. if she did well, it would be a hit, if she bombed it like she did, it would be the most hilarious thing ever - considering all the media attention lately.

Yeah...50 said he's going to retire if Kanye sells more than him but let's be honest, he wont ever do that...is it just me or is G-Unit's regin officially over?? No one from their camp has sold anything recently..if 50 bombs as well then I guess it's game over.

What a joke. The industry has ran out of ideas and decides, let's rehash another "battle" between artists. The naive' just flock to it, like the two really have any qualms with each other. Oh, just to reveal my bias... yeah, this genre gets a big from me.

based on simply #'s i'm pretty sure 50 would surpass kanye
based on creativity, development, and style maturity kanye surpasses 50 in ways # could not describe.

although both characters are cocky mofos, and i sure as hell wouldnt invite them to a dinner party, kanye explores his style and is willing to shoot and miss... while 50 remains in the mainstream "gangster" genre--not willing to give up the same lyrics and beats. the only song i could say 50 actually did try on was technology with timbaland and JT.

at the end of the day, i applaud kanye for producing yet another enjoyable cd with very notable lyrics.
