E90post History Questions.
I roamed this site for a month or so while deciding on the car I was going to get. I ended up with an E90 335. I soon joined the forum. Now that my car has gone about as far as it is going to go modification wise, I find/found myself looking into the GENRAL DISCUSSION areas and such. The ideas and tips from the CAR areas have been great. My question for mainly the "old timers" on here is this...has there always been the bickering, name calling, mine is better than yours, I am prettier than you, you are fatter than me, your mod sucks, your town sucks, your country sucks and so on and so on?
I do poke fun on here and do a one two jab but reading "your purse is fake and so are you" to "those wheels are the ugliest I have ever seen" and "I ran a nun off the road then gave her the bird" is bothersome to me. I understand if someone asks "what do you think"?, but this stuff has gotten embarrassing for me to read. It can be like watching the train wreck over and over on the news I guess, you don't like it but continue to watch. Members of lengthy stay on here, I would like your input as to has it always been like this? It is about this ![]()

We were more peaceful, collected and unified pre-N54, that, I will not refute.

See. Good times remembered. Guys talking about things. Not each other. By the way, I could think of no other phrase than "old timers". I am probably older than 90% on here. OOhhh my back...

I don't care about "new" technology junkies. My old 320i with it's vinyl seats and tall gear shift was the best feeling BMW I have owned. I trusted what that car was going to do.

well, not all the new cool technologies are cost effective or desirable. For example, I hate the new TPMS, it is expansive to replace and if you plan on getting new rims, guess what, you have to either take the OEM TPMS out from OEM tire or buy a new set of TPMS. I however really like the new RTTI coz I live in a big city and I could use that at time.
