Gateway Foods?

Are there foods that you eat that lead to only craving more?

My two biggest gateway foods:

Salty tortilla chips with fresh salsa.

Pizza

Crackers with cheese.

Planter's Premium Mixed Nuts. I could sit and eat a 5lb can of them, which is why I never buy them.

Try hard to control myself; one handful a day.

I try not to buy them, as you said they are addictive. Shelled ones are worse. At least if you have to take them out of the shell, it takes longer to eat a handful.

And yes, the whole damn thing was dyed. Your fingers, lips, and tongue were crazy red after eating them.

Oreos
Before I know it, a whole sleeve is gone.

Thankfully Girl Scout peanut butter whatever cookies only come once a year.

Both are a "gateway" to large glasses of whole milk

I should have added Salt & Vinegar chips, and similar to planters premium mixed nuts, Karl’s sweet & salty trail mix.

Pretty much everything already mentioned (especially homemade pizza). Except kale.

Also will add baked cavatelli with mozzarella.

Popcorn. Could eat it all day (especially cooked in coconut oil) except sometimes the kernel skins get stuck in the gums of my teeth which can be difficult to remove.

PS - also, is best with Himalayan pink salt.

Lol, luckily I still have all my teeth. Hope I always do. I try hard to take care of them. Don't use a water pic, though.
