Adding a photo

Sorry to sound thick but how do I add a photo to a post?

At the bottom of the box that you type in, aka "message:", button to the right "Go Advanced" > Scroll down > Under "Attach Files" > click "Manage Attachments" > click "Choose File" > select file > click open > click "upload file"
