Sarcasm - Is it your thing?
Okay, I love a bit of sarcasm from time to time to deal with some of the jaw dropping, life-changing, unbelievable, or devastating news stories that are fire hosed to us though the online news channels.
I'm starting this thread as a place for other sarcasm-loving forum members to take a humor shot at some of the crazy headlines of the day. If you are not into sarcasm, this isn't the place for you. If you have a healthy sarcastic side, please share your "talent" with us all. Please try to refrain from diving down the political rabbit hole. Although tempting, the thread won't last a page. So, let's keep it lighthearted and fun if we can. I have no idea if this sarcasm train will get past the first stop or be wildly successful. Let's see what happens. I'll start: I just read the late breaking news headline that Kid Rock says he won't perform at venues that require vaccines or masks. He says he just won't show up! I want to buy a ticket to go see him so much but I am filled with anxiety that I will pay money, go to the show waiting for this musical genius to perform, only to find out that he decided not to show up because of the venue COVID policy. I just don't know what to do. |

Can't believe the headlines today. It's everywhere you look. Life altering news that's devastating to some, and answered prayers to others. I just don't know how to handle this myself. My whole world is spinning out of control.
