If you recall, this is the maniac who terrorized Southern California in his Tesla…he was sentenced to 5 years in prison and was released after less than 2 years (California, no surprise from backwards state)

This is a good reason for criminals to serve 100% of prison sentences. Unfortunately Hawaii is even worse than California so he probably won’t even do jail time
