Parking gear not engaging. Going to Neutral

Going to Neutral Weird, had my transmission fluid and pan changed on my 2013 X5 35d and now it will not go into park gear. When I engage park it goes straight to neutral. I get the orange gear warning light. I tried to reset transmission by pushing the gas pedal and holding for 30 seconds. This did nothing to solve the problem. Any guesses what is going on or what to do?
