ok i am using itunes 8 and 2.1 on my 2g iphone. i am using cucusoft to convert the video file to mpeg4. i open itunes i go to file and add to library and i click on the mpeg4 video file.

the video file goes into 2 folders 1) recently added 2) Video. i slected the option to sync the iphone with the recently added folder and the only things that transfer over are the music and not the video file...

help please i checked ehow.com and everything...

When u connect your iphone it will show up on the left "list" in itunes right? Navigate to video page in itunes, where it will show all your mpeg4 videos that you've added, and simply drag and drop those videos into the iphone icon on the left panel. It will automatically add it into the videos section of the phone.

thank you for reply but i finally found out how to do it. on the video tab you have to scroll down and it will reveal a movies section. check the box to sync and voila.
