hmm wonder if i should try this... i just got a ticket yesterday on the way to work and he clocked me wiht a gun on his bike. 57 in a 40.

Best of luck to you but as far as I know it is a monthly check for the guys in CA and especially for the ones on bikes, but it is ALWAYS worth a shot

In the grand scheme of things, getting a ticket in the first place and getting out of tickets is just plain luck. You got lucky that the gun wasn't tested

You got unlucky getting caught in the first place. It's like how this kid I go to school with got a ticket for 10 over yesterday (in a 55) on the same stretch of road where me and my friend were both going 130ish that same day.

Nothing but luck. And a radar detector I suppose.
