iPod to iTunes
Tried to do a search, but does anyone have any information on how to get my iPod music onto iTunes, I flushed my comp and have most of the music but I forgot to back up a folder or two. Is there a program that will do this?

I've hear of something called senuti which is itunes spelled backwards. I think you have to pay for it, which I wasn't willing to do. I need to know this too because the exact same thing happened to me a couple months back.

I'm not sure if there is a 3rd party software that would do it.

It's free, and allows you to pull music off any iPod. We have it on our music computer at work, and everyone just shares their songs. ![]() Then again, all I use are Macs. If you have a PC, not sure if Senuti is available.

If you want all the music on the ipod, you can just turn on view-hidden-folders and drag it off the ipod. Last time I tried it all the magical iTunes-Synced music was just in a hidden folder in a pretty meaningless (ie not human-readable) directory tree. Since I wanted to just slurp up all of it I dragged the whole "hidden" folder to iTunes; since it gets all the metadata from the id3 tags everything imported just fine.
