Hammy drove Checo to the edge of the track and then drifted into him. It's that simple.
If Checo would have dodged the attack, he would have been driving in the gravelpit with all four wheels. And as Hammy drove his front wheel into Checo's sidepod there is no doubt over who was in front.
Looks a bit like the Hammy Copse scenario. Luckily this time no one got hurt, but this also happened on high speed.

A bit ? One would think this is the 2021 Silverstone Copse Turn situation from LEW vs MAX !

^I don't think it's good idea for friends to be teammates as competition could drive them to be enemies. We can look at Rosberg/Hamilton from the '16 season, Senna/Prost which was particularly bad and of course the Pironi/Villeneuve situation back then.

Checo is remaining at Red Bull for 2024, Marko has confirmed that the Mexican is back on track and it was just rumours that others would be considered as Max's teammate. They will have to look elsewhere or stay where they are.

Was just listening to BBC radio 4 in the car just now, skipping through the channels, I don't normally tune into this as it's the ''snowflake climate activist beeb' and Wolff of all ppl was on there in a pre recorded interview with a woman presenter asking him what he tells his children when they question him about his part owned F1 teams effect on the environment (what else) and first he said that they have never asked him lol and that and if they did he'd gave the standard reply that f1 is reducing emissions etc etc.

1- I see 17/18C° at the moment , so it won't be easy to get some temp. in the tires .
2- I see raindrops against the windows of my house , no wonder with the pitch black menacing clouds just like yesterday.
3- I see and feel a strong wind , but more like strong gusts of wind .

The Belgian weather forecast is rain , but only for this evening and night . But I don't believe it..
It's locally ,but currently I can see how unpredictable it is (just like yesterday)
