What's with women these days? They think that big breast will make them a lot sexier? Where I live, it's even more common for breast reduction than breast implants because big breast are bad for your back and they're a burden if you like running and playing sports.

The 6th one down - the blond with glasses who then has on a blue dress and no glasses - doesn't look real. The noses look drastically different - much wider nostrils in the "after picture" compared to the before picture - not sure plastics can do that? Could be wrong as the other pictures seem pretty good, but that one doesn't look like the photos are the same person
