Help with costume?

dressing up as a redneck.

i'm not about to go buy some work boots and toss them after so what shoes can i wear? i have a dirty old pair of converses. will that work?

as someone that sees rednecks on a daily basis, converse are not redneck in the least bit. i'd head for your local goodwill and find some nappy used shoes/work boots. you'll know it's redneck when you see it. plus, goodwill = easy on the wallet. in fact, you could get a whole redneck ensemble at goodwill...remember, if you see a nascar, you've got a winner.

yeah i figured. i was just too lazy to go grab some work boots.

i'm sure they don't wear only work boots? no tennis/walking shoes or anything?

if it 'ain't' boots, it's bare, callused feet

although it's really not that bad in dallas, but if you travel 45 minutes in any direction and you'll find some very interesting clothing choices...nascar and tweety bird

haha I was a redneck last year, got my whole costume for $8.50 at the thrift store day of.. I will be heading there after work today to find something LOL

i say stop worrying about the shoes when there are much better things done elsewhere...like mullet wigs, missing teeth, scars, nascar apparel, and wrangler jeans. haha
