AI used to change a red light green?

Has anyone here used AI to do things like change a red light green for instance?

That requires a special device on yr car, and only works for intersections where it is enabled. Used to be these were on the same level as radar jammers - you needed to know somebody who could make one.

Sorry, completely left out the phrase “in a video”. I would like to know if there is any video editing software (AI or otherwise) that can be used to change a red light to green.
