Sorry I should have made that clearer. I agree you can do what you want. I'm just saying its still fucked up. It's like freedom of speech, I support it, I just think sometimes when people know they have a certain right they use it only to hurt other people. In this particular case she genuinely may not be trying to upset her family and may really have real feelings for this guy, but in my mind I still think its wrong. The guy is married and he should never have been involved with a student.
