What does everyone think of the 1-series ??

I kind of like the 1-series, at first its ugly, but with those kits i think its pretty slick.

What about you guys ? Would you buy it if it came to the US ?

I like it but, being that I've never seen it in person, I cannot tell if I would buy one or not. I have heard that the quality is not that great.

It's coming to Canada next year.... a B-Class Beater! And anything else in that class as well!

if it was available, or even available soon I would have kept the M3 around a bit longer and traded it in on a 130i

The price range my Sales Guy was telling me today is in the range of 27-32k CDN. It's a no brainer over a Civic Si or a WRX (for me anyway).

Starting price of 27K would be great but unlikely.

The B-class starts @ 30K and A3 @ 34K ...
so the 1-er will probably be priced around 30K ...

Which is an OK price ... but for a few thousand more ... you could buy a 323i. Hmmmm.

It will probably be matched in price with the A3...starting around $25-27k (US dollars) depending on what features it comes with standard.
