wow, thats actually kinda sad. They were the first guys i ordered aftermarket parts from back in the early 2000s...

I agree. One of the early after market parts distributors. Sad day.

They were my source for Racing Dynamics brand parts. They even ordered me things that they didn't carry Super bummer

I watched their videos then ordered the tools they showed. Trusted them and the merchandise I received was excellent quality.

It really is sad.

Sad to see this. BavAuto was one of the biggest sources early in the game, with great selection, reviews, and knowledgeable reps/online community. Used to love getting the catalogs in the mail back in the day.

I hope they keep their youtube channel in the air. Loads of howto vids they made
(you know, with the "Hi Otto here for bavarian autosport" )

I bought parts from them over the years without issues. Too bad, now deleting from my list of vendors.

Damn, they were big when I had an e46, but I had forgotten all about them since getting an F80.

Wow... their catalogs were great bathroom reading.

Man I’m surprised, I remember buying parts for my e30 m3 from them back in the late 90’s.

Very unfortunate.

EXTREMELY sad to see them go. I ordered 98% of my parts from them (I'm in Canada) and attended almost every single Show & Shine since 2005.
So there is a lot of money tied up in stock, hopefully something good comes out of this.

Word is that ECS Tuning bought them out. Now ECS owns Turner and Bav Auto.

Wow. I just got a part shipped from them about two weeks ago. Of course with every shipment a catalog is provided.
Sad to them go. Thanks for the good memory.
