Wondering if anyone is into range and or clay shooting?

I used to be a regular clay shooter but drifted away from it. Need to get back out there!

I go to the range a few times a year, not including my semi annual weapons qual.

I love going to the facility that lets me use my automatic hole puncher, it's just the "staples" are so expensive right now.

I go out a few times per year to shoot clays - lord knows I need the damned practice. ;-)

I try to every weekend. We have a range at work in our basement so if we aren’t busy, I get paid to shoot and ammo is provided lol

Huge shooter here...

Trap, skeet Sporting clays (yet to do 5-stand)

IDPA, USPSA, 3-Gun, Speed Steel etc.

Probably my biggest hobby overall.

I enjoy clays, but don't go often enough.

There is a range in Santa Clarita area that I heard, as leaving, had a clay range where they actually bounce the clays along the ground, like a rabbit. I need to get back there, it WABBIT SEASON!!!!

Sounds like sporting clays.

Yep. Handgun, rim fire, HP rifle and shotgun (trap mostly).

I used to enjoy going to the range near me but sometime during the COVID craziness, more and more dumbasses started showing up there so i stopped going. Probably going to find another one to go to

Yes sir. I belong to The York Rifleman. It's a private club. I shoot my Glocks and AR's there.

Definitely a passion of mine. My son shot on the trap/skeet team all four years of high school.

I've only went shooting a few times but I really want to get into it.

LOL that is why I sold my 338 Lapua for my 22lr...

I actually live in NJ now. I shoot at shore shot pistol range. I am looking for a outdoor range to shoot clay at.

We were pretty excited about it. I guess a little more common in this part of the country. There never seemed to be a shortage of schools at the State Championships each year.
