That's a great idea. I will on the next one!

We spice it up pretty good. "Bone Suckin sauce" makes a habanero honey wing sauce that works great on the top, too.

Wife came home and just whipped up some chile con carne. I walk in the kitchen and she’s toasting some Anaheim on the comal. Meat is browning in another pan. I go for a walk, come back, mix up a Marg and ITS ON!!
