I would think more likely being slurped by a misbehaving web crawler or some malcreant trying to brute-force accounts with a bot net, but I'm only a desk chair quarterback and don't run this site.....

Well I hope they get whoever is doing this and get our forum back to its normal speed. It's extremely slow right now.

Timeout issues all day today and slowness started last night around midnight. Something is up with your server or network being overwhelmed with connections. Admins need to look into this.
