I always had great experience with Irvine BMW. Sewell BMW in Plano is now my local dealer.
They are rip off, their service prices higher than national average and quality of work not that good, just for simple aligment for any car I owned had to go back 3 times, also charged $750 for freon refill on x5m, I no longer go there unless it’s warranty work.
Bmw Dallas and McKinney always gives better service $

Indeed. They are all terrible.
Customer services in general is hit or miss in Washington state.

While in Georgia the service I experienced was on an entirely different level.

The GM of Seattle BMW is a BMW enthusiastic, and he is personally active in the car community as well as BMWCCA, and I think he does his best to set the bar as high as possible. Huge props to London.

I’m surprised because BMW Seattle is great. The dealership in Lynnwood is awful and they are the same ownership as the dealer in Eugene, OR that made the list.
I have used BMW Seattle for years. They have been great to work with. :D

Not one BMW dealership in the Richmond VA/Northern VA/MD area made the list!
I'm talking about some six dealerships! Heck, one them is nearly the size of the other 5 combined!
Not a single one! I’ve had good experiences with Rockville and Passport.

It’s definitely hit or miss here in AZ. I’ve dealt with some great people and then dealt with some real duds as well across Chapman Chandler & Camelback and BMW NS. Yet to deal with the others in the state though.

Does anybody know how many of these are owned by Lithia? They seem to have a knack for crushing the soul of any dealership they buy. I'd like to be proven wrong...

Yeah I haven’t been to NS or camelback but Chandler has been pretty subpar to say the least. I know camelback is also a Chapman property so I was gonna try NS next; however I’ve also heard people who’ve had issues with them too.

Maybe a day trip to Tucson would be in order lol.

I just recently worked with Justin over at Chapman BMW on Camelback for my i4 and he was great to work with. Did the whole deal over DM on Instagram. He was even willing to go above and beyond with regards to delivery of the car, etc. Justinsbmws on Instagram if you want to connect with him.

Oh boy, Braman BMW on the list again. All of the Florida people know that is a joke. I won’t rehash my negative spin on Braman again like I did a few years ago when they got the award. My post back then nearly broke fest.
You are absolutely correct! ✅ 💯
I was about to write something very similar.

Thanks, will have to reach out next time. Both the salesman I had and the service advisor were completely clueless about my car when I was buying or taking it in and had some pretty poor business practices in general.

My experience with Schomp in CO, while buying a CPO hasn’t been anything to feel good about tbh. Their refurb as part of CPO was sub-par, terrible body job, panel gaps, shitty paint job. They don’t communicate well, they can’t stick to their committed date, not super convinced they did everything they were supposed to as part of the CPO process. They advertised a car as CPO before starting the CPO process, found out it’s going to be an expensive job, increased the price of the car after making me wait for weeks after I paid the deposit when they realised CPO-ing this car was going to be more expensive than they thought.

Service wise, in CO, from my experience:
1. Gebhardt for quality of work

2. Schomp for ease of getting a loaner (Genhardt has a 3-5 weeks lead time, Denver Downtown has a lead time of 2-4 weeks)

3. Denver downtown for nothing, their diagnosis for issues you report is absurdly illogical, makes me wonder if they don’t want to work for warranty rates or if their techs/foremen just aren’t knowledgeable with the cars.

Grapevine… I drove 3 hours from Austin for a CPO 540i only to see a dent the size of a baseball, cracked front bumper, swirl marks, and scrapes on the edges of all the doors. They didn’t disclose any of this.

The other experience I’ve had that was really good was BMW Camarillo because of their ability to sell ultimate care and vehicle service contracts for a hell of a lot less than anywhere else.

Nothing will beat a Sewell BMW
Sewell is on my shitlist.

I have bought and leased 6 BMWs from them and they jerked me around over $45 a month on my M8 lease.

They did this knowing we were getting my wife’s X7 swapped out in 2 months.

I went out of state for both the cars and I have stopped taking my cars to them for service.

F Sewell.
