I like Friendship brand. The 4% California Style is a total indulgence, and delicious. They don't sell it near me, so I usually buy the 1% whipped. I like it on melba toasts with a mix of black pepper, crushed red pepper and oregano.

I switched to Greek style yogurt recently. Feel good man...

Has double the protein and has same if not less fat/calories. And tastes better IMO
