The Miami track will be extremely slippery in the wet .
As we know : Miami is a street track , the oil in the asphalt layer will float on the water (!)

Could Ferrari pit fix Charlies car if they are waiting for the track to completely dry? The rear O/S did look okay with just the tyre flailing about, they weren't under starters orders.
