Risotto balls and shrimp bisque to start. I had the chicken risotto which was great although not overly aesthetic. She had the pork ribs. Finished with a apple tart and orange creme brûlée.

Thanks. I made the pizza dough on Tuesday with 00 flour and let it cold ferment in the fridge until this afternoon.

Whole roast chicken later with roast potatoes and Ardennes veg. Some healthy sauce still to be decided on, keeping it simple and low fat for our meals giving red meat a miss lately.
