Used up some Leftover bacon for some BLTs with heirloom tomatoes and a tomato basil soup spiked with hungarian paprika. Sorry, no pics. But I do have a picture of the Kavalan singlemalt I opened this weekend. Sweet, sweet nectar!

Well, I did use some pork sirloin with left over salad mix w/o the pasta. Added some hot salsa and texmex cheese on a whole grain tortilla spread with yogurt.

I had takeout cream of chicken soup and shepherd's pie from a local Irish pub tonight. Never tried the place before, but there were plenty of online reviews praising their food and saying that it is not salty. The soup was awesome! The shepherd's pie was passable, possibly because it isn't really intended for takeout. Not salty though, which is important to me.

Next time around, I'm going to see how their bangers and mash are.....
