In the past few years only.

I gotcha. I've been an insomniac for about 8 years, I attribute it to quite a few things. I never actually saw anyone about it, though. Just kinda chalked it up to stress and grieving.


Some days I just crash though, after 4-5 days I'll just sleep most of the day on a weekend. Was talking to jtodd_fl about this, too.. he keeps telling me to slow down.

Verbiage you need to unplug and go lights out to everyone and everything for 48-72 hrs. Tell people first or it will engender more contact and stress. I do this once a year or so and it gives my brain a complete reset. Trust me, it works.

Being sleep deprived is no good. You are really young now so it doesn't matter too much as you can push through it but I would bet money that there are tiny signs that you are able to ignore.

This is the worse part. Knowing that it is on the way. I hope that yours has a smoother crossing than my i8 did. Rough seas resulted in 12 damaged cars and my delivery being delayed by 3 weeks. I did get a free wall charger, however.

You're right Dad. That makes total sense. I think I am going to be able to incorporate a period like that sometime this summer. I think it will be good to refresh the palette of my psyche, since it's not exactly overburdened at the moment, but it's certainly working tirelessly.

Ok so me haley and my cousin chris went out with my co workers. At around 11 pm this one co worker calls our a waitress a cunt, because they didnt have mash potatoes so he gets kicked out-- that was so shot. THEN another one of my co workers sprayed ketchup on haley and my cousin chris. Dude chris was going to whoop his ass, haley was flippppppping and I didnt even see this happen because I was so into talking about fried pickles with this guy. We then paid for the whole bill and left.
