Home made pork and beans in the oven. They will simmer for four hours at 250°, then I'll scoop a cup and mash it in the blender then return it for another three hours. It will sit and cool in the oven until tomorrow morning for breakfast.

We decided to just do "junk food" tonight. So home made hot dogs and egg McMuffins lol.
I went with sausage, some of the others were done with uncured Canadian bacon. The wagyu hotdogs were fucking amazing lol. I thought it was just a gimmick. Nope. |

Fresh Market Rainbow trout with fried basmati.
