Salmon tartare on rice with seaweed, and warm beet salad with goat cheese and walnuts. Sparkling water, great scenery and great company (my beautiful wife of 29 years and counting). In the mountains on vacation.

Winter is coming! I left the house a little after 7:30 for my stick walk. I got about 3km along my journey and had to send up the rescue request to the wife and son. I was feeling a little wobbly, checked my blood sugar, and it just said LO (below 40)

I blame it all on the new Amazon building (because that's where I was walking at the time of checking)

I had a carnitas burrito and a couple sips from my wife's Mexican Coke.

However, I can see how certain forum members will do well during the apocalypse. Msgogomoto will survive while I perish scrounging for non-critters for food. Will be a shortage of yellow tail and wagyu during the apocalypse. I may not make it.

Pizza

Pulled the trigger a day early!

Semolina rimacinata and white AP crust.

EVOO, sauce, fresh mozz, onions, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes. Seasoned with salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano and grated parmesan.

With salad dressed with EVOO and balsamic glaze, with picked-yesterday tomato.

Blueberries (produit du Canada!) and sunset for dessert.
