From concentrate bottles of orange squash, pour a little bit into glass then top up with water.

FWIW, I believe that this is referring to what we know as orange JUICE on this side of the pond.....

Over here orange juice is usually in those tetra pak 1 or 2 litre containers ready to drink..with the sugar content..which is why I prefer the squash.

Being on the subject of orange juice I don't know what happened to 'Florida orange juice' here as it seems to have disappeared.

We call it orange juice concentrate if it's not ready to drink.

Florida is still shipping plenty of OJ to us in NY State, so it must be a business choice not to import it on your end of the supply chain.....

Recipe from B. Albouze/yt

Zucchini stuffed with onion, garlic, shallot, celery, pimento peppers, ricotta, breadcrumbs, crushed tomatoes and seasoned with thyme, salt and black pepper. Topped with chopped parsley, Parmesan, pine nuts and EVOO.

Really good.

With salad, and fresh strawberries for dessert

100 day grain fed Rib Eye, single side salt crusted.
Mine is is the rarer steak in the centre. I have to have mine Blue, so gets cooked last.
Cooked over pure charcoal.
