Usually Binotto is just an Italian clown . But this time I agree completely with his statement .

Very likely HAM's Mercedes will win at Monza , by the higher topspeed on the 1,100 metres long straight .
But I'm curious to see if the FIA will take his Mercedes apart as a random check .
Just like they did at Zandvoort with MAX's car .

Honestly I'm pretty sure , we wont see the FIA arround HAM's car to check the cheating air cooling system and the misleading sensors !

This Isn't according the FIA regulations !
The cheating generates extra horsepower from their PU by managing to significantly cool the air coming out of the car during acceleration.

If it isn't explicitly banned in the regulations, then it isn't cheating. Every team on the grid is doing this sort of thing as I type this, we just don't hear about it. It's textbook F1 engineering 101.

If they pass the FIA temperature tests, then they are compliant. It's the same as RedBull's 'bendy wings'.
