Since the X5 was introduced, BMW has never messed it up with it or never really did anything controversial like we have seen with every other model. Here’s hoping the next-gen continues this trend.

EQE AMG - 5,534 lbs
Model X Plaid - 5,248

So a lot closer to 5,500 lbs than Jupiter.

Why? I'd be very interested. My wife currently drives a Cayenne PHEV and I think with the amount of miles she drives in EV mode, she'd be more than ready for an EV SUV. I've already owned two Model 3's so we are no strangers to electrification.

This will be only electric, not a shared platform. So it will be lighter than X5 hybrid, as iX is.

They are sticking with the side skirts that get your trousers dirty. I don’t know why they won’t put those on the door like everyone else has
