Besides the point, but if we're going to go all in on technicalities, yes you can have a gas pump at your house. I'm looking at putting both gasoline and diesel at mine in fact. I already have a temporary gasoline "pump" today.

In the OPs first post, he said he would park in an EV charging spot if "there were literately no other spots and then he changes his story and says he parks in EV charging spots because he doesn't care about them.
